No job, stipend, allowance, or employment guarantee is provided.
All fees are strictly non-refundable.
Intern must maintain professional conduct, discipline, and attendance.
Any misbehavior, rule violation, or non-compliance may result in cancellation without refund or certificate.
Internship provider has full discretion over internal rules and facilities.
HRS LINKERS is not responsible for internal policies or actions of the provider.
Any dispute shall be governed under the laws of Pakistan.
Experience-Based Certification Policy:
Candidates applying under the experience-based category must complete minimum 15 working days at an HRS LINKERS approved organization in a relevant field, as no experience claim is accepted without practical verification. Certification will be issued only after successful verification of skills, work quality, attendance, discipline, and any required test or evaluation. The fee structure and process remain the same as for fresh candidates, and all fees are charged for registration, documentation, facilitation, and verification services and are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Registration under this category does not guarantee certification, and no fast-track, shortcut, personal request, or reference will be entertained. Any failure to complete verification, inability to prove skills, misconduct, or false experience claim will result in no certificate issuance, with the final decision resting solely with HRS LINKERS, subject to the laws of Pakistan.
Connecting to Facilitator Policy:
Under the 'Connecting to Facilitator' model, HRS LINKERS acts solely as a neutral facilitator to connect independent individuals, including home-based workers and women entrepreneurs, with relevant persons or organizations to support learning, collaboration, or business growth through proper documentation. The company's role is limited to introducing and connecting two parties only, and any work arrangement, collaboration, profit, loss, or outcome after the connection shall be entirely their own responsibility, with no legal, financial, or personal liability on HRS LINKERS. This service follows a two-phase fee structure, including a Registration Fee of Rs. 3,000 and a Connecting Fee of Rs. 2,000 payable after successful connection, both charged for facilitation and documentation purposes and strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
