This Privacy Policy governs all digital portals, registration forms, and offline records of HRS LINKERS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED (SECP CUIN: 0319335, FBR NTN: 1229351).

We collect Full Name, Father/Guardian Name, CNIC/B-Form, Date of Birth, WhatsApp/Phone numbers, Email, Residential Address, Academic Credentials, and Banking/Transaction references voluntarily submitted by applicants.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed strictly for internship facilitation, teacher-student tuition matching, franchise onboarding, affiliate commission payouts, and certificate verification.
4. Communication Privacy in Tuition Academy
Direct exchange of personal phone numbers between tutors and students is strictly prohibited to protect student, parent, and teacher privacy.
5. Financial & Banking Security
All payments are processed via official banking channels (UBL Account: 0296346341674). We do not store credit/debit card PINs or private banking passwords.
6. Third-Party Host & Partner Sharing
Candidate profiles are shared only with verified Internship Host Providers or accredited Skills Schools Franchise partners for placement and verification purposes.
7. Public Certificate Verification
Issued certificates are verifiable via Serial Number and QR code on our public portal to prevent credential fraud.
8. Data Retention
Academic, certification, and statutory tax/audit records are retained in compliance with the Companies Act 2017 and FBR regulations.
9. Cookies & Session Security
Our ASP.NET Core platform uses encrypted HTTP-only session and authentication cookies for portal security.
10. Third-Party Liability Disclaimer
HRS LINKERS acts as a facilitator and is not liable for independent internal actions of third-party internship providers or external web platforms.
11. Children & Minor Protection
Registrations for minors (Nursery to Matric and Special Children programs) require verifiable parent or legal guardian consent and contact information.
12. User Rights & Grievance Escalation
Applicants may request correction of inaccurate records or file confidential privacy grievances via support@hrslinkers.com.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and all disputes are governed exclusively under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Mianwali, Punjab.
