Internship Training Provider Partner & MOU

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes that the provider shall ensure internship duration of no less than 30 days and no more than 60 days, with any early termination requiring prior notice of at least one to two months, and no intern shall be removed or left without completing the agreed duration without valid reason. The provider will conduct monthly performance assessments to determine continuation and will remain responsible for ensuring that the internship is meaningful, skill-based, and focused on real practical learning rather than nominal participation. The provider shall guide, train, and support interns professionally, offering basic facilities such as meals and, where possible, accommodation, particularly for interns coming from distant locations, while also ensuring their safety, dignity, and protection from any form of harassment or misconduct. As the provider benefits from unpaid intern labor, it is their responsibility to offer proper training, respectful treatment, and learning opportunities. The provider must comply with all contractual obligations, maintain transparency in legal matters, protect intern rights, ensure data privacy and confidentiality of both company and intern information, and submit regular feedback and progress reports to the company. The company retains the right to audit or inspect internship conditions at any time to ensure compliance, and any breach of agreement may result in termination of partnership and discontinuation of intern placements.
