1.2 Scope of Services

HRS LINKERS facilitates tutor-student matching, demo coordination, structured curriculum administration, secure fee escrow management, automated paper assessment generation, and academic record tracking.

1.3 Outcome Disclaimer

HRS LINKERS provides quality educational infrastructure and access to qualified educators. However, the platform does not guarantee specific examination marks, academic grades, board positions, school admissions, employment placements, or individual income levels. Academic performance remains the mutual responsibility of the student and the educator.

1.4 Administrative Authority

HRS LINKERS (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the complete right to interpret, administer, update, and enforce all platform guidelines, admission standards, and operational criteria.

Section 2 Vetting & Security Vetting Standards

2. User Eligibility, Identity Verification & Account Security

2.1 Teacher Qualifications & Vetting
  • All applying teachers must submit verifiable, accurate, and current documentation of their academic qualifications, teaching experience, subject competencies, and national identification (CNIC).
  • Submission of fabricated credentials, deceptive profiles, or false certificates will lead to immediate, permanent account disqualification.
  • Approval and listing on the HRS LINKERS portal verify internal vetting standards but do not constitute government civil service accreditation.
2.2 Student Eligibility & Safeguarding of Minors
  • Students must provide accurate demographic and academic profile information upon registration.
  • For students under eighteen (18) years of age, registration must be executed with explicit parental or guardian consent. Parents/guardians are encouraged to supervise digital learning sessions.
2.3 Account Confidentiality & Security
  • Each registered user is exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of their unique portal login credentials, passwords, and security tokens.
  • Account credentials must never be shared, leased, or transferred. Users must report any suspicious activity or unauthorized account access to the official help desk immediately.
Section 3 Financial Structure Financial Protocol

3. Registration Fees, Monthly Portal Maintenance & Banking Structure

3.1 One-Time Registration Charges

To maintain high-quality system security, identity verification, and platform infrastructure, one-time non-tuition registration fees apply prior to account activation:

  • Teacher Registration Fee: PKR 2,000 (One-Time)
  • Student Registration Fee: PKR 1,000 (One-Time)
  • Partner & Promoter Fee: PKR 1,000 (One-Time)
Note: Registration fees are separate from regular course tuition and are payable prior to official profile verification and publishing.
3.2 Monthly Portal Maintenance Fee (Active Users Only)

After the completion of three (3) full calendar months from the initial registration date, a nominal Monthly Portal Fee of PKR 100 applies to each Active Teacher and Active Student.

  • Activity Criteria: Applies strictly to teachers actively assigned to teaching classes and students actively enrolled in ongoing academic courses.
  • Inactive Exemption: Teachers not assigned to students and students taking an authorized academic break are 100% exempt.
  • Partner Exemption: Partners, institutional affiliates, and promoters are entirely exempt.
3.3 Payment Processing & Bank Transfer Deductions

All outward remuneration disbursed to Teachers and promotional commissions paid to Partners/Promoters are subject to actual banking transaction or transfer processing charges. Applicable bank fees are deducted directly from the net disbursed amount at the actual cost levied by the handling financial institution. All deductions are documented on official payment slips.

3.4 Official Corporate Banking Channel

Section 4 Evaluation Protocol Demo Policy

4. Student Demo Class Policy & Teacher Evaluation

4.1 Demo Evaluation Workflow

To ensure an optimal academic fit between students and educators, HRS LINKERS provides an evaluation framework:

Stage 1 2 complimentary demos within 48 hours of enrollment
Stage 2 1 additional demo request within next 24 hours if needed
Stage 3 1 final standard demo request to alternative educator
Standard Limit Up to 4 Total Standard Demos
4.2 Additional Demo Request Fee

Should a student request additional teacher demos beyond the standard quota of four (4), a nominal administrative evaluation fee of PKR 100 per additional demo request will be charged.

4.3 Evaluation Integrity

Demo sessions must be scheduled and attended strictly for genuine educational assessment. Frivolous or malicious demo bookings are considered a violation of platform usage.

4.4 Teacher Demo Review, Budget Alignment & Right to Decline

When a demo request is forwarded to an educator, it includes the student's subject requirements and the proposed compensation aligned with the student's budget.

  • Teacher Prerogative: The teacher has full autonomy to review the academic scope and proposed compensation. If the compensation does not meet the teacher's professional expectations or subject value, the teacher has the right to decline the demo request.
  • Immediate Reallocation: Upon a teacher declining a demo request, the demo slot is instantly released back to the student, enabling them to promptly route their demo request to an alternative available educator without delay.
Section 5 Teacher Remuneration Teacher Guarantee

5. Teacher Demo Class Compensation

5.1 Professional Effort Valued

HRS LINKERS respects the professional dedication, time, and preparation invested by educators in conducting demo sessions.

5.2 Guaranteed Compensation

Teachers receive a fixed compensation of PKR 50 per successfully conducted demo class.

5.3 Outcome Independence

Demo compensation is disbursed to the teacher regardless of whether the evaluating student chooses to proceed with ongoing paid enrollment.

5.4 Verification Requirement

The demo session must be genuinely conducted, verified, and logged via the official portal session tracker. Incomplete, cancelled, fraudulent, or unrecorded sessions do not qualify for compensation.

5.5 Separate Ledger

Demo compensation is accounted for and disbursed independently from regular monthly tuition earnings.

Section 6 Escrow & Tuition Advance Escrow

6. Standard Student Tuition Fees & Advance Escrow Rules

6.1 Advance Tuition Obligation

Under the standard portal matching model, agreed monthly tuition fees must be deposited in advance into the authorized HRS LINKERS corporate escrow account before classes commence.

6.2 Teacher Allocation & Activation

Formal class scheduling and teacher-student connectivity are activated only following verified confirmation of the monthly advance payment.

6.3 Strict Prohibition of Direct Teacher Payments (Standard Model)

For standard portal-matched courses, students and parents are strictly prohibited from transferring tuition fees directly to teachers via personal bank accounts, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cash. Direct off-platform financial transactions constitute a material breach of contract and result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of platform protections.

Section 7 Remuneration & Confidentiality Strict Non-Disclosure

7. Teacher Remuneration, Month-End Payouts & Financial Confidentiality

7.1 Month-End Payment Settlement

All accumulated teacher remuneration—comprising agreed regular tuition compensation for conducted classes and verified demo fees—will be reconciled and paid by HRS LINKERS at the end of each calendar month. Payment disbursement is contingent upon official verification of completed classes, accurate syllabus coverage, and digital attendance logs.

7.2 Bilateral Fee Agreement & Subject-Based Rate

The remuneration paid to a teacher for instructing an attached student is mutually decided and agreed upon strictly between HRS LINKERS and the Teacher. Teacher compensation is determined objectively based on the student's academic level, subject complexity, required teaching hours, and the student's allocated educational budget.

7.3 Strict Financial Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure

To preserve professional decorum and contractual boundaries, strict financial confidentiality is enforced once a student is attached to a teacher after demo approval:

Teacher Obligation The teacher is strictly prohibited from asking the student or parents about the tuition fee they are paying to HRS LINKERS.
Student Obligation The student and parents are strictly prohibited from asking or inquiring about the compensation amount HRS LINKERS is paying to the teacher.

Financial terms between HRS LINKERS and students, as well as between HRS LINKERS and teachers, are strictly private and bilateral. Any attempt to discuss, solicit, compare, or negotiate fee amounts between teachers and students constitutes a severe policy violation leading to immediate disciplinary action, financial forfeiture, or account termination.

7.4 Transparent Digital Accounting

Regular tuition earnings and accumulated demo fees are itemized separately in the teacher's official portal ledger for complete transparency.

7.5 Adjustments & Deductions

Deductions may be applied in substantiated instances of unconducted scheduled classes, unapproved educator absenteeism, verified student disputes, or applicable tax withholdings.

Section 8 Custom Academy & Direct Model Direct Model

8. Teacher-Branded Custom Academy & Direct Student Network (School / College Educator Model)

8.1 Custom Academy & Institutional Branding

Qualified teachers, school faculty, and college professors may establish and operate their own virtual academy or coaching setup within the HRS LINKERS portal under their own personal name, private academy title, or affiliated school/college brand name.

8.2 Autonomous Tuition Fee Setting

Teachers enrolling their own direct students (e.g., existing students from their physical school, college, academy, or local tutoring network) have complete autonomy to decide, negotiate, and charge custom monthly tuition fees directly with their students and parents.

8.3 Fixed Monthly Portal Matching & Connectivity Fee (PKR 500 / Student)

In place of standard tuition percentage cuts or full escrow processing, students studying under this direct teacher-branded model are only required to pay a fixed Monthly Matching & Connectivity Fee of PKR 500 per month per student.

  • Advance Payment Requirement: This monthly matching fee of PKR 500 must be deposited by the student in advance into the official HRS LINKERS corporate account.
  • Portal Connection: Upon verification of the PKR 500 advance matching fee, the student's portal account will immediately be linked and connected to their designated teacher's branded academy.
8.4 Mandatory One-Time Student Registration Fee (PKR 1,000)

The direct teacher-student model does not waive fundamental platform enrollment. Every student must complete official registration and pay the mandatory One-Time Student Registration Fee of PKR 1,000 to HRS LINKERS for verified LMS profiling, digital ID issuance, and portal activation.

8.5 Full Adherence to Portal Rules & Regulations

Teachers and students operating under this direct academy model must strictly comply with all general HRS LINKERS policies, code of conduct, class scheduling ethics, attendance logging procedures, and data privacy safeguards.

Section 9 Referral Program & Promoters Promoter Terms

9. Referral Program & Promoter Earnings

9.1 Referral Commission

Registered Teachers, Students, Partners, and Promoters may earn PKR 100 per verified, completed registration generated through their unique referral link or code.

9.2 Activation Threshold

An individual's referral code becomes active only after their own registration fee has been successfully deposited, verified, and their profile officially approved.

9.3 Monthly Commission Settlement

Verified referral earnings are calculated on cumulative successful enrollments and transferred to the promoter's registered bank/wallet account at the end of each calendar month.

9.4 Anti-Fraud & Referral Integrity

Referral rewards are strictly void for duplicate profiles, self-referrals, cancelled applications, or fraudulent entries. Promoters and affiliates must not use deceptive claims, make unauthorized employment promises, or guarantee unrealistic financial returns.

Section 10 Scheduling & Governance Attendance Rules

10. Class Scheduling, Attendance & Academic Governance

10.1 Schedule Adherence

Teachers and students must strictly adhere to their mutually agreed weekly timetable. Punctuality is required for all live sessions.

10.2 Digital Attendance Tracking

Teachers must maintain attendance and class progress records through the official LMS portal at the conclusion of every session.

10.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event of an unavoidable emergency, a minimum notice of four (4) hours must be communicated through the portal help desk. Unannounced teacher absenteeism or repeated session cancellations without timely make-up classes will lead to financial adjustments and review of portal privileges.

Section 11 Code of Conduct Disciplinary Code

11. Code of Conduct & Mutual Responsibilities

11.1 Student & Parent Responsibilities
  • Maintain active academic dedication, complete assigned coursework, and attend classes regularly.
  • Treat instructors with dignity, courtesy, and professional respect at all times.
  • Ensure a quiet, conducive, and appropriate learning environment during live online sessions.
11.2 Teacher Professional Standards

12. Privacy, Personal Data Protection & Communication Boundaries

12.1 Non-Circumvention & Platform Exclusivity

All communications, academic coordination, assignment sharing, and scheduling must occur exclusively through official HRS LINKERS portals and authorized communication lines.

12.2 Strict Ban on Personal Contact Sharing (Standard Model)

For standard portal-matched users, teachers and students/parents must never exchange private personal phone numbers, physical residential addresses, private WhatsApp numbers, or personal social media handles. Any attempt to solicit private contact details, conduct unauthorized off-portal lessons, or bypass the platform communication system will lead to instant account suspension and legal notice.

12.3 Data Protection & Lawful Processing

HRS LINKERS processes user records solely for educational coordination, verification, financial billing, and legal compliance in accordance with applicable data privacy laws of Pakistan. Personal information is never sold or shared with unauthorized commercial entities.

Section 14 Prohibited Misconduct Zero Tolerance

14. Prohibited Activities, Misconduct & Account Termination

HRS LINKERS enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding platform misuse. The following violations trigger immediate account restriction, permanent termination, and potential legal proceedings:

Section 15 Refunds & Dispute Resolution Refund Policy

15. Fee Refunds, Cancellation & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Registration Fee Policy

Platform registration charges cover administrative vetting, profile activation, and digital infrastructure; hence, registration fees are non-refundable once account review has been finalized.

15.2 Advance Tuition Refunds & Adjustments

In verified situations involving tutor unavailability, persistent service default, or documented scheduling failure not rectified by the platform, remaining unutilized advance tuition balances will be reviewed for adjustment or proportional refund.

15.3 Dispute Submission
